The FHSAA Wrestling Manual states under 106.05, "...current NWCA Alpha Master Form... " What does current mean?
"Current" is defined as within the last 7 days. The NWCA Alpha Master form must be printed within 7 days of the date of the weigh-in.
Can a wrestler be dressed out for a football playoff game on Friday night and participate in a wrestling match (or tournament whether it is pre-season or regular season) on Saturday (the next day)?
Any wrestlers participating in football (or any fall sport for that matter) must take part in five practice sessions on five separate days prior to competing (103.05); this includes pre-season classic events. The "five practice rule" applies even though pre-season classics do not count on a team's won/loss record.
